What started out as a dream to provide a facility for the local children to play basketball, evolved into one of the finest "Community Centers" in the area offering so much more.
Containing 55,850 SF over two stories, the Freeland Sports Zone continues to provide diversity in physical fitness activities. In addition to traditional indoor sports, you can also train in their group fitness rooms, take a specialized spinning, yoga, or dance class, or even use the turf room with your soccer or lacrosse team. Adjacent to the lobby is a banquet room that will accommodate 350 with a full commercial kitchen. The running track that overlooks the gym is nine laps to the mile, and there are seven private changing rooms each with showers, and two general locker rooms.
