In addition to renovating the outdated strip mall shopping development, we provided design services for a new 5,000 SF freestanding commercial development that would serve as a focal point for the entire shopping development. Re-designing the existing parking lot to contain this new development along with much needed landscaping and brick entrance piers, the former retail stores were all updated to tie into the look of the new store.
